Season of Peace, Season of War marked a deeply felt Memorial Day event which had moving performances by Strummer Swansong and Shannon Oherlihy. Commemorating the moment by bringing together many, this is captured on film as a tribute to those who have served fighting for their country.

VE Day Remembrance with Holocaust Survivor in Second Life

The Learning Experience (TLE) Memorial Wall is part of TLE Interactive World History Museum Complex in Second Life. This video is a commemoration of Victory Day in Europe, known as VE Day, and features Holocaust survivor Fanny Starr who spoke there before an audience on 9 May 2009.

Thanks to the sacrifices of many men and women during this dark time in world history we are still free. The Memorial Wall is an important part of this remembrance and this video is an acknowledgement to them, and all other wars.

TLE runs under the motto of "Where Knowledge & Education Are Always Free".
